The 2015 AIFPA Emergency Review features an article by ICL Class B Foam Business Manager Craig McDonnell. ICL’s Phos-Chek 1×1 AR-AFFF Low Viscosity is an ideal product for Canada’s colder climate. ICL recently provided product to the Province of Manitoba and maintains a substantial stock in the Province. As described in the article, the 1×1 LV is an all C6 AR-AFFF with a concentrate viscosity of 25cP. It is UL162 listed and EN1568 certified. With a low temperature usage rating of -18 degrees C and a water-like viscosity, the product is ideal for colder climates like those found in much of Canada, particularly in the oil patch. The low use rate (1% in both hydrocarbons and polar solvents) provides superior logistics. A liter of concentrate will make 3x more foam solution than a 3×3 product.
Phos-Chek 1×1 AR-AFFF Low Viscosity is a product that is unique in the industry and is Ahead of the Curve.
